Instructions
Once the Pacejet Print Connector is installed, follow the steps below to configure it:
Enter the Portal Name, Print License Key, and API License Key, if needed (these should already be provided from the installation process).
Verify the Print License Key and API License Key.
In the Local Shared Printers field, select the desired printers.
Click Save.
- You must select at least one printer.
- Several folders are created when installing the Pacejet Connector (see screenshot below).
Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble with the Pacejet Print Connector, the information below can help you diagnose the issue.

Log Files
Log files are found in the Log folder and can be used for troubleshooting.
PrintConnector_.txt - This file is updated when printing images (.gif and .png)
SaaSPrintService_.log - This log file is updated during the initial startup and when pulling data.
Websocket_.log - This log file is updated for any websocket activity (status checking, reports if web sockets fail, show connection, websocket communication from AWS, etc.)
Finding the Log Files
To find the SaaS Print Service log files, click the View Log Files button from the toolbar inside the Pacejet Connector.
Printing Issues
Some users have reported instances of pages not printing, resulting in blank pages being ejected from the printer. If you encounter a customer with this issue, please use this setting and report the results in the support ticket so the product team can review it.
Printing Does Not Work
There is a 15-character limit for the workstation name. If that character limit is exceeded, printing will not work. This is a Windows limitation.
Printing PDFs as Images
To print documents as images, follow the directions below.
In the Pacejet Print Connector, select File, Advanced Configuration.
Select Save PDF documents as Image before printing.
Click OK.
