Overview
Pacejet application settings control how Pacejet communicates with connected ERP systems and how shipment notifications are displayed. Pacejet platform version 20.2 includes several new settings fields and setting options, aimed at improving the shipment process user experience for users that use the API ERP connection, including Pacejet Shipping For NetSuite using SuiteScript 2.0 scripts, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS), and others.
This document focuses on the most common settings for most Pacejet use cases when using the API connection. If the current Pacejet settings are interfering with your shipping workflow or the shipment notifications are not being returned as expected, we suggest that you return to the “default” settings discussed in this article.
While some of the setting fields discussed in this article are available to Pacejet customers assigned with the Administrator role, others are available only to Pacejet Implementation and Support. We are including a discussion of some fields not visible to Pacejet customers so they can discuss this information with their Pacejet contact.
