Overview

Standard Reports are a collection of shipping documents, shipping labels, analytical reports, and other reports released and upgraded automatically as a standard part of the Pacejet shipping software platform.

Each Standard Report is assigned a version number and is updated periodically by Pacejet automatically; see the release notes in Pacejet Help for the latest version number for each document. Standard Reports are not available for direct customization, but customers can request Pacejet to copy a Standard Report version to create their own custom version (the customer is then responsible for all future maintenance of their specific version). This document summarizes the contents of the latest release of all Pacejet Standard Reports.

Available Standard Reports

• Bill Of Lading: 8.5x11

  • Legal contract document between a shipper and a carrier that details the type, quantity, destination, and terms of goods being carried.

• Bill of Lading by Load

  • Combines orders of similar ship-to addresses and freight terms into one Commercial Invoice by Load.

• Certificate of Origin: 8.5x11

  • Export document to certify that goods in a shipment are wholly obtained, produced, manufactured, or processed in a particular country.

• Commercial Invoice: 8.5x11

  • A legal document between the supplier and the customer that describes the value of goods sold for determining duties and taxes.

  • A legal document between the supplier and the customer that describes the value of goods sold for determining duties and taxes.

• Content Label 4x6

  • Label used to mark shipping containers with a list of packed products within each shipping container.

• ERP Update Audit: 8.5x11

  • Summary of blocked ERP shipment updates which may have resulted from locking, deleted records, or other ERP issues.

• Export Packing List

  • Packing list used in international shipping.

• MLP Label 4x6

  • Supports Multi-Level Packing (MLP) shipments when the labels must be printed internally from Pacejet.

  • Document describing the products, descriptions, and other contents in a shipment.

• Shipment Savings: 8.5x11

  • Summarizes the cost savings from rate shopping with savings from lowest rate selection, opportunity cost of overrides, and opportunity where rate shopping is not used.

  • List of shipments by status, period, or carrier with details such as transaction IDs, reference fields, carriers, services, and containers.

• Shipment Summary XLS: (Exports to Spreadsheet)

  • List of shipments by status, period, or carrier with details such as transaction IDs, reference fields, carriers, services, and containers exported to a spreadsheet for manipulation.

• Shipper Export Declaration

  • Serves as a census record of U.S. exports. It also serves as a regulatory document because the commodity's export license designation appears on the form.

• Shipper Letter of Instructions (SLI): 8.5x11

  • A “letter” from the exporter instructing the freight forwarder how and where to handle the export shipment.

• Show All Uploaded Images: 8.5x11

  • Displays all uploaded logo files with resolution detail to help shippers ensure acceptable image quality in documents and reports.

• Standard Freight Data

  • Gives the user details about shipping trends for analysis (ex: like seeing a collection of all processed shipments).

• USMCA Certificate of Origin: 8.5x11 (Replaced NAFTA CoO)

  • Used by United States, Mexico and Canada to determine if goods imported into their countries receive reduced or eliminated duty as specified by the United States, Mexico, Canada Agreement (USMCA).

• VICS Bill of Lading (BETA)

  • A bill of lading required by most major U.S. retailers. It provides a standardized list of information, including customer order numbers, designed to help ensure goods flow through the supply chain efficiently.
