· Custom Data – added tab to the Parameters screen for setting Custom data fields. These work similar to the User Fields except that they allow the user to name the field whatever they want it to be named. The name that is typed into the Parameters screen will need to match the corresponding custom field name in the Pacejet website. The user can select values from any field in a set of tables in Dynamics. Video showing the functionality -> Screencast. · Improved the integration version information that is sent to the Pacejet API via the request header so that it contains the modified date/time of the Pacejet dynamics DLL. This should give more accurate information about what version of the integration called the Pacejet API. The version of the Pacejet DLL is still included in the request header – see note 1 from 2021.7.20.1 build. 3. · Fixed an issue with the Location Type that was being passed into Pacejet on a blind shipment. Before, the integration code was trying to respect the 3 available values for Location Type – apparently, this is not needed. Now, all blind shipments will come into Pacejet with a Location type of “Facility”. · Fixed an issue where the one-time contact fields were showing when a new address was being created on a Sales Quote. The one-time contact fields will no longer be displayed on the address panel from a Sales Quote. 5. · Sales Order screen – swapped the read-only carrier account number field that was on the Header View with the editable carrier account number controls that were on the Line View. The editable controls are the ones that, in the case of a one-time delivery address, allow the user to enter a carrier account number via a grid. In the case of a NOT one-time delivery address, the user is given a drop down box that allows them to select an existing carrier account for the selected delivery address. 6. · Set the address lines character limit to 70 characters on shipments that are sent to Pacejet. · Fixed issue where the commodity code was not being passed to the Pacejet API in the correct field. If the “Use Pacejet Commodity Codes” flag is set to Yes, in the Pacejet Parameters, the integration code needs to pass the commodity value for an item in a different field. This was showing in the reports on the Pacejet website – no commodity code was present for the items even though it was passed into the API (in the wrong field). · Carrier account numbers on Customer’s address – added code to make the country/region and ZIP/postal code fields required. Existing carrier account number records will be fine to have no country or zip but, if the user modifies the record, the system will require the country and zip. · Paperwork – The LabelType field in the table is an int but, the API is passing a string. A new string field called LabelTypeStr was added to the PJIPaperwork table to store the string labeltype value from the API. · Added fields and mapping to API object for the following these fields. This means that these values are now being passed to the Pacejet API a. Harmonized Code – WHSEcoResProductTransportationCodes.HarmonizedCode b. Dual Use Code (ECCN) – InventTable.COODualUseCode · Fixed issue where the one-time delivery address contact name and email was not passing over to the sales order when they were added to the address screen. The address screen is the one that is shown when the “+” button is clicked for a new address on the sales order. · Carrier Account Number changes – significant changes to how the third party carrier account number is displayed and functions on the sales order screen, Line View. o For regular addresses that are saved to the Customer – the user is given a drop down that contains the Carrier account records that are set for the address that is selected. The user is no longer able to type in the carrier account on the sales order screen – they must select using the drop down control. o For One-Time addresses – the user is given a small grid in order to enter a new carrier account for the one-time address that has been entered for the sales order. The grid should default the values for the record based on the Delivery Mode, Delivery Terms, and the address information. This should leave the user to only have to enter the account number. c.
