How To View A Carrier ZPL Formatted Label?

How To

  • Some carriers return labels via their integration and some of those labels are sent in a ZPL format that is not human readable.

  • This article gives you a means of looking at the label with the ZPL code using Labelary.

Steps

  • If the shipment is less than 7 days, you can get the ZPL code by reprinting the shipment.

    • Copy the code block

    • Open Labelary

    • Paste the code into the viewer

    • Click on Redraw and you may need to rotate the view.

  • If the shipment is older, the customer can look for the label file in the Pacejet Print connector log folder and perform the same steps as above to view the label file.
